Need to get schedule figured out at beginning of week so I know when the kids can be watched and for how long. I'd like to increase mid-week mileage and speed work

Great job getting back out there. It is SO hard after having a baby. It looks like your endurance and speed are making a comeback. Great job on your 800s the other day.

love your UVM time!! we could be running buddies!! Thanks for the well wishes for Saturday. And way to get back at running. I read some of your blog!! so creative and I too until recently would have a pile of chocolate chips beside me constantly.
