I think I did the miles too fast.  I didn't mean to except I saw a guy running ahead of me that I thought shouldn't be running faster than me, so then I had to pass him.  And then once I passed him I had to keep ahead of him.  When I told Dan about it he laughed to think the poor guy had no idea he had just been beaten. 

I've really got to start treating my body better this next couple of weeks so I have something to give at the marathon.  My goal is to stretch every night and to get to bed by 10pm.  Now I've said it publicly so I have to do it!

ha ha Jess, I love it, I race people too (especially when they don't know it), though I try hard not to.

Good luck with your 10PM curfew. A stellar marathon will be your just reward.
