Are you sick or is it some residual soreness from the VFFs? Feel better soon!

I'm actually expecting number 4. I have such a hard time running in the first trimester - I just get nervous about the baby's development and all. But I see runners like you and I think I should relax. But it really is hard to overcome my mind!

Congratulations! I took it SUPER easy the first trimester because I was so sick and tired. I was able to build my mileage back up slowly after I hit about 13-14wks and I feel great now. You're being smart. Just listen to your body.

Thanks Melody - that really is just the advice I needed to hear!

Woah!! Congratulations Jess! That is great news. Mel is right. Take it easy. I've always been a complete blob when pregnant. I kid not, I think I have run a total of 20 miles in all three of my pregnancies combined. So don't feel bad about resting. Rest is good. There is a time and a season for everything.
